 How To Apply

If you are wanting to apply to the Maryland Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program as a new member you will need to fill out a new application.

Once your application to SPDAP is approved, we will submit your information to Medicare in order to obtain information on which MedicareRx prescription drug plan you are enrolled. Once your plan enrollment information is received from Medicare, SPDAP will begin coordinating program subsidy payments to your MedicareRx plan.

Current Members

If you are a current Maryland Senior Prescription Drug Assistance Program (SPDAP) member and would like to make any changes to your enrollment, please do the following:

· To change your current MedicareRx Plan, please contact the new MedicareRx plan you wish to enroll in. Your MedicareRx plan enrollment status is communicated to the SPDAP once a month by Medicare.

· To submit a change of address, or other change to your personal information, please contact our customer service department. Contact Us

· To discontinue participation in the Maryland SPDAP, send a written request for termination to the SPDAP customer service department. Contact Us
